We are from St Hilda's Secondary School. We are called the DRAMA CLUB (DUH!), and we love fun, energy, serious training (well sometimes...), and the LIMELIGHT (definitely)! We are unique in our different ways (but people just call us weird).

Our motto
Daring to

By just being in drama...
We will be able to:

Hey all again, woah, this whole week has been super duper draining. I got sunburned and lotsa mosquito bites from west coast park today >< We did'nt really do much there today, the whole idea for todays program was for us to familarize with the place so that on the actual day itself, we wont get lost or mess things up. We were'nt needed to bring our intruments today so basically we just hung around under the sun. The sun was practically farting on us, you know like PROOTT. Mr Mohd Noor and the others were preety stressed judging from the looks on their faces but i guess its neutral. Alright, there isnt much to say so i'll just end off here. Oh and a special thanks to bedok south secondary for giving us a lift back to their school. You guys are really awesome ^^

Today's rehersal was super tiring and painful! We went to Cresent Girls school near the Redhill MRT. When we all started with the practice, most of us couldnt remember the 'steps' but we managed to recall within the next few tries. The djembe (i didnt know it was spelt like that
><) drum players were doing better and the tamborinas are getting better too. The stilt walkers and the dancers were awesome! I really wanted to try to walk on them but im preety sure i'll fall right on my butt xD Mr rash wasnt here today but mdm chen came along instead. The whole practice was 2 hours straight and there wasnt even a tea break )= Lol..okay guys, cya tomorrow ^^

(Oh and everyone remember to watch high school musical 2 on sunday,sep9 at 730pm alright?)

Act 3
Sunday, 2 September 2007, 10:22

Hey all, sorry for not updating the blog & doing my duty as web mistress ><

During the whole of the semptember 1 week holidays, we will be going to 2 other schools to practice our performance for Act3. Holy innocence and Cresent Girls.

Yesterday, the ten of us & mr rash went to holy innocence for the rehersal. We were all early so everyone went to eat at the prata shop. It was yummy but there wasnt any sugar to go with it >_> ...oh man..

While walking back,Mr rash was taking random shots around the coffee shop and gave the impression that we were tourists, so my dear seniors, tried speaking with an accent and it was preety funny xD

Back in the hall, practice started and i basically forgot almost everything ._. It's getting to sound more and more like a big drum band. Awesome job guys <3 The whole piece is quite long with a few sections and it requires you to take note of how many times you play that section before moving on, so yeah, its confusing.

This Act3 performance thing really IS something different and i really didnt think i would ever have the chance to play in such a event with stilt walking and kite flying all around. It also gives us sec 1s a chance to bond with the other members because they were all busy with the SYF earlier in the year :(

Oh and just to add, Happy teachers day mr rash ^^
